Wasteful CW LCD insert in "EW" magazine →
The idea to insert a video LCD screen in magazines is apparently not new. I guess I missed this one, since I am reading a lot of news online. For sure the design is catchy and the idea is making twitter and blogs talking a lot about it. It is apparently a success for CW channel. But really, no one is standing to to say how stupid is it? We already have so many things that we trash after just one...

LetterMpress is finally released. The project was to collect many old letterpress woodblocks and create an iPad app that would let people play and experiment letterpress… From their iPads.
This is a controversial art and social project: how do computers see us. Kyle McDonald has installed a software, in an Apple store in New York, that takes a picture of customers while interacting with the macs inside the store. Apple isn’t very happy about it… and according to Appleinsder they even sent four Secret Service agents to his house. I am sure the story will still make some...
